IF YOU're planning your perfect wedding day, but value nature, are looking for a way to INCORPORATE it into your wedding portraits, then let's wander around your favourite nature spots and take in the views.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

STEP 1. BOOKING FORM

Once I receive your booking form via the contact page, I aim to respond within 24 hours with my availability for your day. In the event that I am not available for your day, I may recommend another photographer to make things a little easier for you. If I am available on your day then HOORAY! This is what happens next.

STEP 2. CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND QUESTIONNAIRE

I will send you an email to confirm that I have received your booking form and am available to work with you on your day. I will also answer any question you may have posed in your booking form. Next I'll send you a detailed questionnaire about you and your intended other half and about your day. You'll have the option to choose whether you'd like to meet in person for your pre wedding chat over a cup of coffee and cake and a complimentary engagement/ wedding announcement photoshoot (location dependant) or if you'd like to have zoom chat instead.

STEP 3. contract & invoice

Once I've received the details of your wedding, and feel I'm a good fit for you, I will draft your digital contract and invoice. You will be required to read and sign the contract and pay the required booking fee before your date is secured. You will have a descretionary period of 7 days to complete this step

step 4. your gift

You will receive a little gift from me after securing your date. Just a little thank you for choosing me.

step 5. Zoom call/ pre wedding photoshoot

This will happen as arranged during the initial booking period.

STEP 6.YOUR BIG DAY

I cannot wait for this step. I'm sure I'm as excited as you are at this point. I will work my behind off to get the photos you'll love while ensuring to not take away from any special moments.

step 7. photo previews

I'll send you a handful of edited highlights from your day, because I'm sure you'll be keen to see them. You'll receive these via a link to your private online gallery. you'll be able to share and download these photos in high res to share with friends and family or even on your social media if you so wish. You could even use these for your thank you cards to send to your guests.

step 8. your full gallery

I'll send your entire fully edited digital gallery similar to above. You'll be able to download all your photos, sit down, put on some nice music on and view your photos. You'll also be able to share your gallery link with friends and family if you wish.

STEP 9. YOUR PRINTS

Just when you though the best parts had happened. After viewing your photos, you will be able to select your favourites to have printed. Depending on your package, you will have a set amount of prints. Once you've selected your favourites, I will do the rest. I'll send your photos to the printers to produce high quality fine art prints, and have them delivered right to your door.

STEP 10. FRAME AND ENJOY YOUR PRINTS

Now you can finally put those picture frame you were gifted for your wedding, or that you thrifted because you're so eco, to use. Frame and display your photos. Don't forget to snap a photo and share with me. I love to see it.
